Convenient Care For You & Your Pet

When your pet needs non-life-threatening urgent or emergency care, we have limited last-minute appointments for drop-off. We do not accept walk-ins. Please call us for our scheduling availability. Here’s how it works:

1

Drop Off Your Pet in the Morning

Please call us to see if we have drop-off availability for your pet. If we do have availability for your pet, bring your pet for drop off between 8:30 am – 9:00 am (we do not accept walk-ins). Just bring your pet in a carrier or on a leash, along with any relevant medical records or information. We will ask you to fill out a form with your contact details and your pet’s history and symptoms. We will also ask you to sign a consent form that authorizes us to perform any necessary exams and diagnostics for your pet.
2

Stay Connected Throughout the Process

During the drop-off appointment, our clinic staff will stay in close communication with you via phone. We will provide updates on the examination findings, diagnostics results, and treatment plans. This way, you stay informed and involved in your pet’s care, even when you can’t be physically present.
3

Prompt Diagnosis and Treatment

By utilizing drop-off appointments, we can efficiently manage our schedule and allocate sufficient time to examine and treat each pet. This enables us to promptly diagnose and address health concerns, ensuring that your pet receives the necessary medical attention in a timely manner.

Why Drop-off Appointments?

Drop-off appointments are beneficial for you and your pet for several reasons. A drop-off appointment will:

  • Save you time and hassle by avoiding long waits or rescheduling conflicts
  • Provide you peace of mind by knowing that your pet is in good hands and getting the care they need
  • Reduce your pet’s stress and anxiety by minimizing their exposure to other pets or noises in the waiting area
  • Improve your pet’s health and well-being by addressing their urgent issues promptly and effectively
Zero-Tolerance Policy for Abuse

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse or harassment towards our staff.
